We have a out-of-hours emergency service for patients registered with our practice. between 6pm and 9pm on weekday evenings and  between 9am and 9pm on weekends. 

Phone the normal surgery number, 01275 852143, and a recorded message will give you the mobile number of one of our 4 dentists – Mr Rautenbach, Mr Husni, Mrs Lucas or Mrs Lane.

Alternatively and for NHS patients, if you have a severe problem such as uncontrolled pain, swelling, bleeding or trauma out of hours or on bank holidays or weekends, you can call the NHS by dialling 111.  NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your problem will be assessed, and you will be directed to an NHS dentist.

If your dental problem is NOT severe, please call the practice during normal working hours where we will endeavour to offer you an urgent appointment slot.

The charge to for emergency call outs at our practice is £180.

If you are a Denplan Care or Denplan Essentials patient and have the added supplementary insurance cover included in your plan, then there is no call out fee as this is covered by your insurance.
